I took this drug with my husband and we are thoroughly delighted! I noticed rumbling in my abdomen, bloating, and a sense of lightness, along with a boost in energy. A lovely bonus is that my hair has improved in quality!

I didn't notice any benefits or changes; the effect was nil aside from the side effects of bloating. Perhaps those with a direct deficiency in biotin or who follow a rather dull diet might see results, but I wouldn’t recommend it as, in my experience, there was no noticeable difference before or after.
