I have been dealing with colitis for a long time - given a boatload of prednisone and colitis "drugs". Doc said I have "prednisone dependent colitis" because as soon as I go off the lowest 4mg dosage of prednisone, the intestinal problems return. Well, baloney! My sister reminded me of colostrum (recommending this NOW manufacturer) which I took many years ago and forgot about. Per her recommendation, I took four capsules a day until the intestinal problems disappeared, and now I just take two capsules per day as a "maintenance dosage". I DIDN'T NEED THOSE DRUGS!! I've read that colostrum is especially helpful with ibs and colitis. But in addition to being an immune system booster, it is great for hair and nails. I've always had ugly, weak nails which I could never grow out because they'd just break off at 1/4". I recently had my nails done by a professional for a special occasion and she complimented me on "Your beautiful nails - such a great, smooth texture and beautiful color!" AND they are a nice LENGTH as well. It works! I also recommend you break open a capsule into the palm of your hand, add a bit of water to make a paste and smooth it over your clean face. Leave it on for 30-45 minutes. Your skin will truly scrunch up and when you rinse it off with warm water, your face will feel as soft as a baby's butt. Amazing for Allergies

Update: My husband has been taking these for over a year now and they still work great. He takes them anytime he feels like his allergies are starting to get to them and it helps him immensely. He used to get sick all the time and since he started taking this he rarely falls ill. We also use ALJ in combination with this during the spring and it does wonders for him. Love this stuff. My husband has terrible allergies and is very prone to sinus infections. After researching things that could help, I decided to get him to try this and see if it helped. My husband isn't the type to want to take medicine if he doesn't need it, and he was pretty skeptical about the idea of basically taking breast milk as a medicine. He started this about 6 months ago and has been using it daily the entire time. He says its made a huge difference and he hasn't had a sinus infection during this time. He also has ibs and hasn't complained of that bothering him since he started taking these. You also can't beat the price on amazon. In store the price is more than double

I've dealt with ibs, dairy and flour intolerance issues for years. It's impacted my quality of work life, social life, family life, you name it.
