Now Foods D-Mannose capsules are a fantastic find! I was paying over $32 a bottle locally, so it's a relief to find them at such a low price on iHerb. This product is effective and helps prevent urinary tract infections, which I've experienced frequently since being diagnosed with diabetes in 2006. My order was processed swiftly and shipped the same day, making me a huge fan of iHerb!

Reduced UTIs significantly
I will never run out of D-Mannose! Since being diagnosed with diabetes, I experienced UTIs every couple of months despite medication. I managed to prevent them using cranberry and grape seed extract, but often resorted to antibiotics. After my sister-in-law recommended D-Mannose over two years ago, I've only had one UTI that I treated without antibiotics. I take one daily, increasing the dosage when needed.
