Niacin for insomnia. I initially took niacinamide, but when I switched to this non-flush type niacin, I could stop using sleeping pills smoothly. I began with 500mg and increased it to 3000mg. Along with it, I also take two-pardy, magnesium, vitamin B12, etc.
For insomnia, the one with a flash seems more effective, but I couldn't sleep until the flash subsided, so I started taking this. Previously, I took a lot of melatonin without achieving good sleep.
