No significant effect on depression
We explored the impact of a specific blend of myo-inositol, probiotics, and micronutrients on mental health for women planning for conception and during pregnancy. In a double-blind randomized controlled trial involving over 600 participants, we assessed mental wellbeing through recognized scales both during pregnancy and after childbirth.
