We aimed to explore how myo-inositol, along with cocoa polyphenols and soy isoflavones, can help manage obesity in menopausal women experiencing metabolic syndrome. In our retrospective study involving 200 menopausal women, participants took one sachet per day of the dietary supplement INOFOLIC NRT for six months.

Results showed promising improvements in both weight and waist circumference, suggesting a decrease in the percentage of overweight and obese women.
