Excellent spicy essential oil of ginger! It warms and stimulates blood circulation and digestion, and blends well with various oils. Ideal for winter, it provides a tonic effect on the heart and helps with poor circulation, cold extremities, and digestion issues. Ginger is particularly beneficial for morning sickness; applying it on a napkin or as perfume is effective. It relieves tired, aching muscles and can be used for steam inhalation for colds and sore throats, easing nasal congestion. Ginger can uplift during autumn or winter blues. It should not be used on very sensitive skin. Use sparingly in baths and massage mixtures, as I found it quite concentrated. While the smell was initially off-putting, it proved beneficial in use.

Natural anti-inflammatory
5 people found this helpful
Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory I've used in various forms. I opted for the essential oil for its concentrated benefits, particularly for flu-like conditions and throat disorders. It also works well for seasickness. While the smell is distinctly ginger and not overly pleasant, the benefits outweigh this minor drawback. Its quality and potency make it a worthwhile purchase, especially considering its health benefits.

Supports digestion
A good product that's well-packaged. I use it to alleviate digestive issues by adding it to drinks, and it's helpful for colds and sore throats in hot beverages. Additionally, we incorporate it into carrier oils for skin massages, providing decent value overall.
