Excellent! This flax oil is the best for Omega 3. It's vegan and easy to swallow, even though the capsule is large. Unlike cod liver oil, which caused me acidity and reflux, this one is gentle and doesn't lead to nausea. I recommend it to anyone advised by a nutrition consultant.

After switching from another source of Omegas that caused reflux, I've started using NOW Flax oil capsules, and the reflux has vanished. The capsules are also easy to swallow!
