Vitamin A's complex role in migraines
Retinol-binding protein-4 and hs-CRP levels in patients with migraine.
Study discusses vitamin A relevance
We set out to explore the relationship between vitamin A, specifically through retinol-binding protein-4 (RBP4), and migraine. Our study included 48 migraine patients and 40 individuals matched by age and gender who did not suffer from migraines. By measuring the levels of RBP4 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), we aimed to understand the inflammatory nature of migraine and how vitamin A might influence it.

Notably, we found that migraine patients had significantly lower levels of RBP4 compared to the control group, while showing elevated hs-CRP levels. This reflects an inflammatory state often associated with migraines. However, the severity, frequency, and duration of migraine attacks did not correlate with the levels of either RBP4 or hs-CRP, suggesting that simply having lower RBP4 or higher hs-CRP might not directly contribute to migraine severity or characteristics.

Overall, while our findings highlight a notable difference in the blood markers of migraine sufferers, they do not provide evidence that vitamin A treatment would directly benefit migraine management. Further research could still explore the broader implications of vitamin A's anti-inflammatory properties and their potential role in migraine.

No headaches
It has been two weeks since I started taking this, and I’ve realised that I don’t have headaches! Previously, I often suffered from migraines and frequent headaches, but now I no longer experience them. I take it every two days and feel it suits my body perfectly. I want to continue as the supplements are small and easy to swallow!

Improves migraines
This product greatly improves my migraines. I take two capsules regularly, which normalises my sleep. Special effects begin, and with my usual pills and additional magnesium, the migraine dissipates in a few hours. My migraines used to render me incapacitated for half a day. The frequency has lessened too, although I also have medicinal support. Regular magnesium intake eases both PMS and menstruation, and I’ve noticed chronic pain does not worsen. Additionally, I’ve seen a surprising effect from taking collagen. Overall, I’ve had no allergies or stomach problems, and the quality is excellent.

Alleviates migraines
This product effectively normalises my sleep with a regular intake of two capsules. It markedly improves my migraines—after taking my usual pills and additional magnesium, the migraine eases within a couple of hours. Previously, migraines would disable me for half a day. The frequency has decreased, but I also have medicinal support. Regular magnesium reduces PMS effects and menstrual discomfort. I have also noticed no worsening of chronic pain. While I cannot attribute all this solely to magnesium, I have seen benefits from the collagen I take. There were no allergies or rashes; the quality and natural ingredients are superb.

Beneficial effects
This product normalises my sleep with regular intake of two capsules and greatly improves the course of my migraines. I take it as usual along with additional magnesium, which helps the migraine to subside easily in just a few hours. Previously, I would experience debilitating migraines that lasted half a day. The frequency has reduced significantly, and I also maintain medicinal support. Taking magnesium regularly eases PMS and menstruation, reducing irritability and avoiding painkillers on my first day. Chronic nasopharyngeal pain has not worsened either. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the effects of taking collagen too. The product is of high quality with no side effects.
