I believe it works, but the large capsule is painful to swallow. Initially, my knees were in turmoil, but after taking "UC-II", they quickly improved. Despite this, I experienced discomfort and slight pain in my right finger, wrist, and elbow. I am unsure if it effectively addresses my knee issues. The capsule itself is massive and often feels like it's stuck in my throat, causing me great anxiety about regurgitating it. When I do manage to swallow, it lingers uncomfortably. Creating a smaller capsule for those of us who find large sizes difficult would be advisable.

Although there was no immediate effect, I found I could ascend the stairs without relying on the handrail. It appears to be essential as it improves within a week once cut. Even with prolonged use for years, it sometimes blocks my throat, yet I deem it a safe product if stored in the refrigerator.
