I suffer from knee pain and tendonitis, so I purchased this product with NAG, hoping it would alleviate my discomfort. A month and a half in, my knees moved considerably better. Though I've avoided activities like running due to the pain, I've definitely seen effectiveness. For those dealing with tendonitis, the pain persists, likely due to frequent use of my hands at work. I take three tablets daily after meals; they’re easy to swallow and tasteless. I bought a Japanese product at a pharmacy previously, but I find this one offers superior value and quality. Given my age, I believe continuing with glucosamine and chondroitin is beneficial.
