I bought it for myself and always take it. Previously, I had it in the form of picolinate, but I decided to try these lozenges and I do not regret it. They have a pleasant taste and soften the throat while being resorbed. I occasionally felt nauseous after taking some pharmaceutical preparations, but I experienced none of that with these lozenges. I recommend taking them with food. I see the effect; I also use them at the onset of a sore throat every two hours, which greatly alleviates the discomfort.
