Increases iron levels

Excellent! Great product, love the dosage. It is convenient to have a maintenance dose or take two capsules for iron deficiency anaemia. The capsules are small, which is very important, as they don’t get stuck in the throat and lack an unpleasant smell or taste. I use them during pregnancy, especially in the last trimester with a double dose, as the baby takes most of the iron. Tests show my haemoglobin increased after starting the double dose. I will order them again.

Relieves headaches
It works! I don't take it daily, just before my period. Over the past few years, I've dealt with severe PMS and headaches on the first two days of my period, requiring painkillers. Remembering to take this iron supplement has prevented headaches for me. It doesn't alleviate irritability from PMS, but the relief from headaches is a significant improvement. However, swallowing the capsule can be a bit difficult, and it may feel stuck in my throat.

Effective with vitamin C
1 people found this helpful
For a long time, I have suffered from iron deficiency due to abundant periods and limited red meat in my diet. I take these with vitamin C for better absorption. At the beginning of the course, I experience mild nausea and a tinny taste in my throat, but it quickly eases. My husband also takes them without side effects. Overall, my iron levels have improved well, particularly in autumn and spring. The iron from Solgar showed the best results.

Cured of anemia
A health check revealed severe anaemia, yet I couldn't find time for hospital visits. I combined it with vitamin C to boost absorption, and my next health check showed that I was cured of anaemia. However, I prefer tablets to capsules, as the latter get stuck in my throat, which is uncomfortable.

Improved dizziness
I haven't tested my iron levels but suspect I'm anaemic due to health concerns. After searching for iron supplements, I found this one, which is said to help with anxiety and potentially other issues. I noticed a significant improvement in morning dizziness, and while I’m unsure of its anaemia effects, I believe it has been beneficial overall. The delivery was prompt, and I'm quite satisfied.

Mixed effectiveness
I suspect I have hidden anaemia due to iron deficiency, and I bought it to ease discomfort during my period. I appreciate the reasonable price, but the capsules tend to get stuck in my throat. Although I manage to swallow them with water, the lid can be tricky to open. The product eases menstrual disorders sometimes, but I’m not certain about its effectiveness for me overall.
