St. John's wort has been excellent value for money and comes in a large quantity. I tried several brands and found this one satisfactory. It appears effective if taken appropriately and helped shift my thoughts positively and improved my sleep. Notably, it didn’t cause side effects like headaches, as I experienced with other brands.
