I switched to this brand of nattokinase after trying Japanese nattokinase. Although the description promises a lot, from my experience, the most noticeable benefit has been the disappearance of my headaches. I'm also taking chlorophyll, which might be contributing, but my digestive system seems to function seamlessly as well!

A very good drug. While taking it, my blood pressure returned to normal and the headaches that had been tormenting me ceased. I take one capsule twice a day.
