Great deep sleep
I can sleep well! I struggled with insomnia due to my depression, frequently lying awake until 5 o'clock in the morning. But after just two hours of daytime rest, I woke at 8 o'clock. Insomnia was a common symptom of my depression. Now, I experience deep, uninterrupted sleep without nightmares, feeling refreshed in the morning. When stressed, I take an extra pill before bed and am very thankful for it! I prefer taking three eggs in half; please use the pills according to your own symptoms!

For mental stability, I recommend taking St. John's wort with food to avoid its taste lingering. I started using it while struggling with insomnia and negativity. Within ten days, I noticed my mood stabilising, and I no longer felt anxious for no reason. Although it's not very effective for insomnia on its own, combining it with CBD oil has helped me significantly during demanding times. I had to stop taking it before surgery but noticed less anxiety upon resuming.

I felt quite depressed, but after trying this before visiting the hospital, I noticed a decrease in my anxiety and insomnia. The quality of my sleep improved, although I found tryptophan to be slightly more effective. I suggest taking it in moderation.

I had high hopes for this supplement to aid my insomnia, but it unfortunately didn't yield noticeable effects. However, I found it beneficial in reducing menopausal irritability.
