Improved sleep quality
I prefer the 500 mg presentation as it is easier to swallow than the 1000 mg tablet. The quality is just as good, providing the same effect; I sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed. I follow Dr Ludwing Johnson's instructions for my hypothyroidism. My mother, who also suffers from fibromyalgia, now sleeps well without waking frequently. We've completed one 1000 mg bottle and have been using this 500 mg bottle for a month. Delivery to Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico, took 11 days.

I take this to support my thyroid gland due to hypothyroidism. I consume it in the morning, two hours before meals, by opening the capsule and placing the contents on my tongue. This is my third bottle, and I find the price quite reasonable.
