Yes, it helps with sleep. I've used this for around four months, and it works for me. My sleep issues arise from stress, or more specifically, an oversensitivity to it. This product has been effective when nothing else nutritional has worked. I take a significant amount—11 capsules each night. Of course, insomnia isn't resolved with just one product. You need to experiment and observe what benefits you. Alongside this, I practise a Chi Kung "rooting" exercise to enhance my sleep and ensure I manage my stress during the day, such as taking baths and staying mentally relaxed at work.

Reduced sleeping pills

Based on your reviews, I take one tablet to help me awake in the morning and another before bed. I also take glycine to improve both my sleep and skin quality. I previously relied on sleeping pills because of my insomnia, but I'm now falling asleep easier and reducing my pill intake gradually. My skin looks great! I plan to continue taking this.

The ultimate benefit has been fewer trips to the toilet during the night. I've searched for a supplement to help eliminate ammonia production, which worsens my insomnia and causes early morning awakenings. I take four capsules before bed, and they seem to be effective—more sleep means more energy.
