I began taking B12 for my severe tinnitus. After trying various supplements, I found B12 to be effective. The ringing in my ears diminished. Later, I used B12 in my eye drops, which improved my eye condition. Eventually, using both B12 and the eye drops together helped reduce my eye issues significantly, making mornings easier.
