After cutting my nails, they feel rough and thin. My aunt mentioned experiencing this at my age, which made me realise I’m getting older. I was sceptical about the MSM supplement, but after taking it, my nails became thicker and grew faster. I thought this was wonderful, but I recently forgot to take it. Thankfully, it also eased my joint pain. I believe in the benefits of taking care of oneself, and I will continue drinking it. By the way, it also helps with my knee pain.
