Pain alleviated
The pain in my arm from Tendonitis was so severe that I struggled to dress myself. However, after about a month or two, I realised the pain had subsided. Alongside this product, I also take Zerais, believing this combination will enhance my recovery. I purchased the veggie capsule from the same manufacturer and alternate taking it morning and night.

Clear improvements
I suffer from arthrosis and Tendonitis in the patella tendon as well as in the lateral patella insertion tendons. After two weeks of taking MSM (two capsules daily, one after physical activity and another after exercise), I have noticed the pain has reduced. While it still persists, I am seeing clear improvements, especially in conjunction with magnesium chloride taken three times a day.
