Nattokinase from Nau Foods is a superb quality enzyme. It greatly assisted me with covid and afterwards. The capsules are small and easy to swallow; I take one each morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before meals. I consume one bottle at a time, then take a month or two off. Consequently, my headache ceased entirely, I no longer feel cold in my legs, and my blood has become healthier and more fluid.

This is a wonderful blood thinner! After being ill with covid, doctors prescribed Xarelto, a powerful fluid, for a month, which is risky for long-term use. We found a reliable replacement in Nattokinase, providing similar benefits to Xarelto but with much greater safety for prolonged use.

This is much better than aspirin! Nattokinase has a significant fibrinolytic effect, enhancing blood fluidity. In modern medicine, it is employed to prevent and treat heart and vascular diseases. Nattokinase serves as an excellent alternative to aspirin for maintaining normal blood density. I first came across this supplement in Vietnam, where it is popular. I brought it for my father, who is on blood thinners.
