I began taking this Omega-3 for prophylaxis, but I experienced a burning sensation in my stomach and throat cramps due to underlying issues like gastroduodenitis and esophagitis. I mistakenly consumed the fatty Omega during an exacerbation, which worsened my condition. It's crucial to take it with a healthy digestive system. My husband benefits significantly, drinking it for psoriasis, experiencing relief, although not complete. Omega-3 is also suggested for concentration and chronic fatigue, which I face. Due to a nearly year-long break in taking it, I plan to resume only after healing my stomach.
