Resolvin D1's role in GERD treatment
We investigated the role of resolvin D1 (RvD1) in protecting esophageal epithelial cells from damage caused by acid reflux. Through exposure tests, we found that RvD1 could effectively block oxidative stress and DNA damage linked to acid exposure.

Notably, RvD1 not only reduced harmful reactive oxygen species but also enhanced the cell's ability to repair DNA damage, signaling a promising potential for treatment in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. However, we need more studies to confirm its benefits in clinical settings.

Persistent fishy reflux
This Omega-3 supplement was disappointing. Regardless of when I took it, I experienced persistent fishy reflux, which made it unsuitable for me.

Not recommended for reflux
The price is good, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with reflux or gastric issues, as it doesn't settle well and causes fishy burps.
