I bought this as I can't take antibiotics due to side effects. It effectively alleviates headaches. Natural antibiotics seem powerful but herbal-based, causing some abdominal pain. Overall, it's a great product. I want to keep taking it but will rest before eating.

Candida improvement

I use this supplement to combat Candida, alternating it with olive leaf and pau d'arco. Initially, I experienced die-off symptoms, including rough skin, headaches, and depression. However, within a few days, I felt much better, and my Candida symptoms have calmed down. The size is manageable, but I prefer taking it after meals to avoid stomach aches.
