No side effects
Stevia is an all-natural, non-nutritive sweetener that I have enjoyed for years without unpleasant side effects. Just a few drops of the liquid sweeten drinks or meals perfectly. Use cautiously, as stevia is much sweeter than sugar. It’s available in various forms—powder, leaves, granules, and liquid—and is heat stable for cooking. One small bottle lasts our family months. Importantly, it contains no calories, carbohydrates, or chemicals that could cause headaches or blurred vision, making stevia a staple in my pantry.
