Probiotics and enzymes improve GI symptoms
We examined whether probiotics and digestive enzymes could ease gastrointestinal (GI) discomfort after gastric bypass surgery. In a double-blind, randomized trial with 60 patients, we found that both treatments notably improved symptoms like heartburn, gas, and bloating within two weeks. The quality of life, measured by the modified Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index (mGIQLI), showed positive changes overall. Thus, it seems that using probiotics or digestive enzymes can provide relief after surgery, leading to a better initial recovery experience.

No more heartburn

Life changer. I have had GERD for nearly all my life, and many prescribed medications failed over time due to costs and side effects. My gastroenterologist suggested over-the-counter Pancreatin, which works far better than my prescription. Now, I can eat almost anything without heartburn, and the cost is significantly lower at under £16 a month.

No more indigestion. Pancreatine 4X is essential for heavy meals or when natural enzymes are lacking. Being middle-aged, I rely on digestive enzymes to avoid heartburn after meals. I carry it when dining out, ensuring I enjoy my meals without enduring heartburn afterward. It outperforms over-the-counter antacids and is a natural alternative that I've relied on for about a year.

Effective for overeating

I'm very satisfied with this product as an alternative to Creon. The dosage is substantial, and I use it as an emergency remedy for overeating. With certain foods like garlic, I experience severe heartburn, but this pancreatin alleviates it effectively. I recommend it to friends and will definitely repurchase.
