Pancreatin improves nutritional status
We evaluated pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT) that uses microencapsulated pancreatin in enhancing nutritional status among patients with chronic pancreatitis (CP) and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI).

This study included 58 participants, split into two groups based on their nutritional status. Over 8-12 months, both groups received the therapy while we assessed changes in body weight, BMI, and laboratory indicators of nutrition before and after treatment.

Impressively, we found that PERT effectively improved nutritional status in patients suffering from CP.

We examined the case of a 50-year-old man dealing with chronic pancreatitis who developed pancreatic diabetes after surgery. His treatment included insulin along with pancreatin and essential micronutrients.

Remarkably, we observed improvements in his diarrhea and blood glucose levels. This case highlights the importance of recognizing pancreatic diabetes that can emerge after pancreatitis or pancreatic surgery, suggesting that timely intervention can help mitigate complications.

However, it's essential to note that while pancreatin played a role in managing symptoms, it was part of a broader treatment approach.

Pancreatin enhances piglet growth
We investigated how adding exogenous pancreatin affects piglets' growth and nutrient absorption. In a carefully designed study with 180 piglets, we randomly assigned them to three groups: one receiving no pancreatin and the others getting 250 or 500 mg/kg.

The results showed that the piglets on the 500 mg/kg pancreatin diet had a noticeable increase in daily weight gain and better nutrient digestibility. Additionally, the treated piglets exhibited enhanced enzyme activity and improved intestinal structures.

Overall, our findings suggest that 500 mg/kg of pancreatin significantly boosts growth and digestibility, benefiting the piglets' overall health.

I want to leave a review about pancreatin. This is from my sister, who has chronic pancreatitis and has suffered from considerable pain and discomfort lately. She believes pancreatin is much more effective than Creon; she felt much better, experiencing no bloating or heaviness after meals. Although heartburn had previously tormented her, if you lack pancreatic enzymes, you might consider replacing Creon with pancreatin after consulting your doctor. Good health to all!

Try it! I felt obliged to leave a review for this product because it genuinely works. I started experiencing odd stomach aches recently and, while I never visited a doctor for a formal diagnosis, I conducted extensive research on my symptoms... I realised that I probably have pancreatitis due to frequent drinking, irregular eating, and sluggish digestion. Last Friday, I woke in the night with intense stomach pains, reminiscent of past kidney issues. After enduring severe pain over the weekend, I remembered this product in my cabinet. I took three pills and, about 30 minutes later, most of the pain vanished. I managed to eat an entire meal without pain or nausea, and even now, I feel like I'm properly digesting my dinner. Please consider trying this if you suspect you have pancreatitis; you won't regret it!

Game changer! These miracle pills have transformed my chronic pancreatitis management. I maintain a healthy lifestyle, but occasionally even drinking water can trigger a flare. When I feel pain, I take one of these pills, and within minutes, it fades away. I'm thankful I discovered these; I will never be without them. Even a mild flare from last night was gone in under 10 minutes after taking the pill!

High-dose enzymes and NAFLD prevention
We explored whether high-dose digestive enzymes could help prevent nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) after pancreaticoduodenectomy.

In this randomized clinical trial, patients who underwent surgery were assigned to receive either normal or high doses of digestive enzymes.

Our findings showed that high-dose enzymes significantly reduced the development of NAFLD when compared to normal doses, marking a positive outcome for those recovering from surgery.

Potentially saved my life! I suddenly began suffering from chronic pancreatitis with recurring episodes for two years. The doctors offered little help, mainly advising against alcohol and fatty foods, which I rarely consume. Despite maintaining a healthy diet, pancreatitis persisted. After trying this product, it was life-changing! I’ve experienced no further issues with pancreatitis or digestion since. Thank you for providing a product that works when the medical field fell short.

Remarkable stool change

I have hereditary pancreatitis due to a spink 1 gene flaw. After years of struggling, I found these tablets. My stools, usually yellow and loose, turned brown within three days of taking one tablet per meal. Creon caused me terrible side effects, but these pills have been wonderful, resulting in less bloating too. I highly recommend them!

I purchased this for my wife, who has pancreatitis, and despite the high enzyme content resembling Creon 40,000, it provided no effect. By the second day, she felt worse and switched back to Creon, feeling better again. I’m left feeling disappointed and searching for compensation.
