The grains are slightly large and can occasionally get stuck in the throat, but as long as you are aware, it should be manageable. The following morning after using it, I didn't experience any swelling, making it quite beneficial.

Alleviates discomfort

I bought it for myself and take it regularly. Previously, I used it in picolinate form, but I decided to try these lozenges and I’m very pleased with the choice, despite the different zinc form. They have a pleasant taste and soothe the throat when dissolved. Unlike other zinc preparations, these lozenges did not cause nausea. If you experience nausea, I recommend taking them with food. I notice the effect and take them every two hours with a sore throat, which significantly eases the discomfort. I highly recommend!
