I live in an area with iodine deficiency and, although I had no major problems, my pregnancy tests revealed borderline iodine levels. I noticed a tendency to clear my throat frequently. Since starting this complex two months ago, those issues have entirely resolved. I recommend it.

Fix your thyroid! This product is excellent for thyroid problems. I used to experience yawning that made it feel like my throat would lock up. Thankfully, I haven't encountered this issue since I started taking the product.
