Attention Potassium is vital, yet excess amounts may be detrimental and should only be taken under a doctor's supervision. During use, I experienced fluid retention. I discontinued it after a brief period as I had a slight deficiency.

These caused me to retain fluid and did not alleviate my iodine deficiency. My symptoms deteriorated, and the excessive additives prompted me to switch to a liquid iodine.
