For any symptoms of COVID or a common flu, this works brilliantly! Although I’ve only been taking it for a week, I’ve noticed a significant difference. Working in hospitality, I'm often exposed to many people. When I began to experience slight flu symptoms, I discovered this supplement and was keen to try it. I have a tendency for a blocked nose in the mornings, and to my amazement, taking this twice daily has eliminated my flu symptoms and allowed me to breathe freely upon waking! Initially sceptical, I can now confirm it's worth a go! Stay healthy!

A persistent cough that wouldn't go away is now nearly gone. After returning from a two-week holiday in Tahiti, I suffered a cold, and shortly after, I caught a mild case of the flu. By March, despite taking allergy medication, my cough lingered, particularly in the mornings and at the gym. I deduced it might be due to inflammation and sought out a supplement with Bromelain and Quercetin. After taking it twice daily for a week, my cough has significantly improved, much to my delight. Although it occasionally resurfaces, it's nowhere near as severe. I plan to mention this to my doctor for further investigation, but I’m thrilled with the progress, and even the stiffness in my hands has lessened. Definitely worth a shot!

This works well for me. Alongside NAC, EGCG, boosted D3 and C, Echinacea, Glutathione, Zinc, and Quercetin, it forms my go-to protocol for any respiratory symptoms or suspected infections. I haven’t had a flu shot and have avoided the flu for over 30 years.
During the Coronavirus outbreak, I realised that Quercetin is effective against flu and Coronaviruses. Adding bromelain enhances its efficacy. Quercetin aids in getting zinc into the cells to combat Coronaviruses. Cheers to your health!
I was introduced to quercetin by Robert Love, a neuroscientist who advises on health. It’s one of his essentials for flu season, and I understand why. Along with garlic and oregano oil supplements, it helped me recover from what could have been a nasty cold in just a couple of days.
