Quercetin shows promise for migraines
We explored how quercetin might alleviate migraine symptoms caused by nitroglycerin in rats. Over a week, we administered quercetin and examined its impact on behavior after inducing migraine pain.

The results were promising; quercetin significantly improved behavioral responses linked to migraine pain, showing a decrease in the severity of symptoms.

Its effectiveness appears to stem from quercetin's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, suggesting it could be a helpful treatment for migraine relief.

Has so many benefits. After trying this again for my allergies, I found it helped my migraines as well. I managed to reduce my dosage, which eliminated the reflux, and I haven't had a migraine since resuming it.
