I take it during allergy season, ideally a month or two weeks prior. This year, my ragweed allergy has been somewhat easier; not dramatically, but still noticeable. Additionally, I've found this medication quite effective for exacerbations of pancreatitis, as it alleviates inflammation. Although the capsule size is not small, it is manageable to take.
