Quercetin-vitamin C combination reduces vertigo effectively
We examined whether ascovertin—a blend of dihydroquercetin (a plant flavonoid) and vitamin C—could help patients with early-stage vascular changes in the brain. Over 21 days, 21 patients received ascovertin while 10 similar patients received no treatment.

The results were encouraging. Ascovertin reduced vertigo, headaches, and tiredness while sharpening mental clarity. We also observed meaningful improvements in blood flow: red blood cells became more flexible, clumping decreased, and markers of cellular damage dropped. The untreated group showed no such improvements.

These findings suggest quercetin-based formulas may offer real benefits for brain blood flow problems.

We explored the effectiveness of bromelain, a pineapple enzyme, in alleviating symptoms of vertigo. One significant study focused on 116 children suffering from acute sinusitis. The trial compared the effects of bromelain on its own with bromelain combined with standard treatments, and also measured its impact against standard therapy alone.

The findings indicated that children receiving bromelain monotherapy experienced faster recovery compared to those in the other treatment groups. However, since bromelain was tested alongside standard therapy, discerning its isolated effect on vertigo remains somewhat challenging.

Overall, while there seems to be a positive outcome associated with bromelain treatment in this context, further research is necessary to clarify its specific benefits for vertigo on its own.
