IBS management success

Last year, my boyfriend suffered from severe stress-related IBS, which severely limited his diet. After trying Slippery Elm, it was a game changer. He now takes two capsules before greasy or spicy meals, which greatly alleviates his pain. This, alongside L-Glutamine and Artichoke extract, manages his IBS better than ever.

Erosion healing observed

During my husband's gastroscopy, three erosions and one ulcer were discovered in the duodenum. The doctor recommended this supplement, and he began taking it alongside aloe vera, vitamin A, and zinc. After two weeks, he had a follow-up gastroscopy and there was no trace of erosion; the ulcer had healed. Slippery elm is of excellent quality! I highly recommend it. It is also ideal for bile reflux into the esophagus, as it protects and heals the mucous membranes of the digestive tract when paired with a healthy diet.

Heals wounds

I recommend it for reflux esophagitis; I ordered it for my mother, who suffers from this condition. After acid emissions, wounds appear in the stomach and esophagus, and this product heals them well. I took two capsules three times a day; they are small and easy to swallow. When diluted with water, a jelly-like mucus forms that covers and heals the wounds. After a few days, I felt significant relief.

A good product that helped with gastritis, and my reflux has diminished. It contains slippery elm bark, which consists of interesting components like mucus, tannins, fibre, and vitamins C, B, K, A, along with calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. The quality appears good. My dosage is two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach, and I no longer have a bitter taste in my mouth.

Cough improvement
8 people found this helpful
I have silent reflux, which manifests mostly as a cough rather than heartburn, and slippery elm has helped significantly. It seems to work for approximately seven or eight hours, coating my insides and calming my esophagus and digestive issues. I'm hopeful that my digestive issues will heal with time while using this, as I've maintained a healthy diet and have been focusing on healing my gut for about a year. This product is a great addition.

Natural remedy success
This works! I suddenly developed acid reflux at night, making it hard to sleep. I wanted to avoid prescriptions or over-the-counter remedies, so I researched natural alternatives and found slippery elm. I took two capsules twice a day for just two days, and my acid reflux stopped for a week.

Good for reflux

It's slippery, alright... I wasn’t finding relief from OTC heartburn medication until I discovered slippery elm, which I'm thankful for. I've been taking the capsules and making a gruel/tea for three weeks and feel so much better. I drink the gruel in the mornings and evenings before bed to aid with acidic reflux, which it does effectively. You can add cinnamon and honey to the tea for flavour, and it has a pleasant maple scent. I also take the capsules between meals and find it helps soften my stool. I’ll continue using it.

Great for heartburn
Works for my gastric as I have IBS and severe gastric problems that lead to heartburn and reflux. After taking this, it's no longer an issue. I use it before getting gastric and find it helps with my IBS too. This is my holy grail!

Effective combination

I use slippery elm with aloe vera for my acid reflux, taking the combination about three to four times a day. There are days I don’t need it at all since it's healing the problem. As an avid bike rider, I've accepted that acid reflux just happens, but after taking this for two years, it works great!

A great product alongside PepZin Gl for acid reflux. It supports my stomach lining and works well for me! My gastroenterologist said to continue taking it after being amazed at the results.
