Of course, I recommend this spirulina algae! I discovered it about eight years ago when I was planning to conceive. Since then, I've been taking it in cycles. I suggest taking it three times daily, regardless of meals (I've not experienced any stomach issues). A month on, a month off, repeated in spring and autumn is sufficient. The benefits: I feel better, my dizziness has stopped, and my complexion has improved considerably. After completing the course, it’s as though I feel ten years younger. I’ll continue to use it and recommend it to you. Sometimes I switch brands.
