Wonderful! Spirulina has become my favourite supplement for increasing ferritin levels. I struggled with headaches for a long time until discovering my ferritin was as low as 3 when it should be around 50. After taking iron for a year, I found little improvement, yet after starting spirulina, my ferritin rose to an impressive 55, and my headaches are now a thing of the past. The size and dosage are optimal, and the quality is excellent!
