It works well for alleviating stomach upset. Due to my irritable bowel syndrome, I experienced stomach pain, so I bought this to enhance digestion. If taken when worried about an upset stomach from oil or overeating, it quickly eliminates discomfort. However, I found the capsule size quite large, which once got stuck in my throat. Despite this, it's effective against severe heartburn and works best as a precautionary measure rather than waiting for symptoms.

This product is fantastic! I had a low acidity problem, which I only realised after researching online. The most troublesome issue was the persistent feeling of something stuck in my throat. Many resorted to OTC medications, which often fell short. After deducing my low acidity—my burps weren't sour, nor was my throat burning—I took two capsules after each meal. Within two days, my throat felt clear and relaxed, and that annoying sensation vanished. Hats off to this Now product! I highly recommend it to those who suffer from low acidity.

Throat discomfort from size
I bought this as my gastrointestinal issues worsened. Although I’ve been using it regularly, I’ve found that taking it after meals makes the large capsules feel uncomfortable in my throat, requiring me to drink a lot of water, resulting in bloating. I prefer taking it during meals, which alleviates the uncomfortable feeling in my throat.

Effective sore throat relief
I always take this product. Initially, I used zinc in picolinate form but switched to these lozenges and am thoroughly pleased. They have a pleasant taste and soothe my throat while dissolving. Unlike previous zinc forms that made me feel nauseous, these lozenges don't cause any adverse effects. I recommend taking them every two hours to alleviate throat discomfort.
