Great for food allergies! I gave 4 stars because the more expensive Now Digest Ultimate works better for me. These Super Enzymes are beneficial for my kids and family too. We have digestive issues with fats, but these help break down food for better nutrient absorption. They are effective for various issues including food allergies, enabling me to eat bread without feeling bloated. After years of not smelling due to nasal polyps, I discovered that taking these pills allows me to smell again! Initially, they may cause constipation, but that resolves after a week. If I anticipate a "problem meal," I take two pills beforehand and sometimes two after.
