Reduced colon pain
It works well with fatty meals, reducing bloating and aiding digestion; however, it doesn't always prevent diarrhoea with some meals, particularly since I suffer from both irritable and digestive colitis. Still, it significantly alleviated my colon pain. Unfortunately, while in Jeddah, the humidity affected the grains, causing a strange smell, prompting me to stop its use. I believe it's best stored in the fridge.
