Caused bloating
These pills did not agree with me. After taking one, I experienced immediate bloating and had to rush to the ladies' room shortly after. I have a sensitive stomach, so perhaps that is why they caused such discomfort. I wouldn't recommend these for anyone with gastrointestinal issues, especially since it's been mentioned that omega 6 isn't advisable for consumption.
