Omega is beneficial during active brain periods, like training. I experienced no side effects while taking one tablet daily for 3 months at 1200 mg. However, those with sensitive intestines may feel heartburn if not taken with a substantial meal. The tablets are large but easy to swallow with water. I noticed positive results after a month.
