Alert: Please be careful if you have any heart disease; it can be disastrous. I took it before bed and experienced severe arrhythmia and dyspnoea, leading to vomiting and a trip to A&E. With my existing SVT (a heart condition causing tachycardia), I urge anyone with heart disease or hypertension to steer clear of this, as it can be harmful.
