Effectively reduces reflux
I've been using NOW Supplements Probiotic for about two months and have struggled with acid reflux for a year, particularly at night. I've tried various over-the-counter medicines and natural aids, but nothing has worked as well as this. I take one tablet on an empty stomach each morning. After testing it with some spicy Tex-Mex for dinner instead of using over-the-counter meds, I found it effective. I haven’t had any issues with acid reflux since. Although the product isn't shipped cool, I refrigerate it after opening, as advised. Interestingly, it's also helped regulate my digestion. My wife has begun taking it for her constipation and is pleased with the results. I've learned that supplements often take time to work, and their effectiveness can vary between individuals.

Caused severe reflux
Unfortunately, I could not assess the effectiveness of this product as I experienced a strong reflux on the very first day of taking it, resulting in sleepless nights. It took me two nights to realise the cause. After discontinuation, everything returned to normal, which is a shame.
