Reduced tinnitus symptoms

For relief of tinnitus and remission. Initially, I had good hearing, but due to poor blood circulation in my inner ear, my hearing temporarily deteriorated. Despite trying various prescription drugs, supplements, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and moxibustion, my hearing returned after a few months, yet the aftereffects of tinnitus persisted. When the ringing became painful, I managed it with sleep-inducing and anti-anxiety medications from the psychosomatic department. Over a few months, my tinnitus became less frequent. By taking this supplement nightly, I slept well without interruptions. Mental relaxation alleviates tinnitus. Combined with a small amount of melatonin, my sleep improved remarkably. I now feel hopeful about reducing my reliance on prescription sleeping pills and am closer to overcoming my tinnitus.

After taking it several times, I developed tinnitus, or a ringing in the ears. A quick online search revealed that tinnitus is indeed one of its side effects and can be an irreversible symptom. If you sense that the new coronavirus or the vaccine has altered your body, be mindful that side effects, which may seem unlikely initially, could arise, and consider whether you can manage them.

I use this with melatonin every night and find it the best sleeping aid. I had relied on sleeping tablets for years due to incessant tinnitus, but I often woke up feeling drugged. However, with 5 HTP and melatonin, I achieve deep sleep and awaken refreshed.
