Caution advised
It has its nuances. While it's stated that capsules can be taken at any time, I've noticed that if I don’t take them in the morning, I struggle to sleep later. After taking the capsule, my mood lifts, but anxiety increases. If taken for more than a week, sleep becomes quite difficult. I found that my appetite diminishes significantly around 15-20 minutes after taking them. Despite these issues, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks for me. Importantly, this product did not cause my acne to flare up.
