Beta glucan offers good value and quality. It has been known for over 50 years for its healing properties, particularly for cancer, which is my reason for taking it. It also helps against conditions like high cholesterol, diabetes, and reduces the side effects of radiation and chemotherapy. Recently, production costs have decreased, making it more accessible. This NOW brand offers a 500 mg dose per capsule at a much lower cost, making it a better option compared to more expensive alternatives.
