Since I've started taking mega doses (6 grams of C 1000 **6 tablets** every single day of this brand of vitamin C, I have not been sick once. I had the Flu ast year I was very sick, however I was not taking high dosage of vitamin C, only a mens multi-supplement that contained a few mgs of C, that didn't keep me from getting sick, last year I ended up with a lung infection it was very painful and horrible. This year I did extensive research and found that mega dosing (up to 6 - 10 Grams Daily) with good quality vitamin C will help prevent many illnesses, it's true, like I mentioned I have not be sick one time this year, I also feel more energy, and I even dropped a few pounds. I'm now a believer in taking higher dose of vitamin C to keep my body in top shape. Also, I noticed a change in my complexion my face has been clearer and brighter
