So, it has been one week since me and my family (mom, dad, and sister) have been taking this product. I do not feel any pain in my right wrist as much as I use to, however, I am waking up stiff in some of my joints (knees and upper back). I do get bowel movements regularly and am more energized! I had asked the rest of my family and they had said that they do not feel as much pain as they use to. My dad said that he feels more energized, where before my dad had weak and dizzy spells (he's a diabetic and has Vertigo). My mom says that she doesn't feel much pain too as before (has arthritis in hands and back also has trigeminal)
